Independent Dispatch Support · Focused on 53′ Dry Van · Carrier Retains Sole Load Approval
Service Clarity & Scope

What We Do — And What We Never Do

Trust begins with unambiguous boundaries. Here is exactly what Almajdoub Dispatch delivers as your independent back-office partner, and what remains solely within your authority.

What Our Support Includes

Dedicated Back-Office Operations

Every task is designed to reduce the friction of operating an independent dry van authority in the US market.

01 · Strategic Load Searching

Lane Matching & Rate Screening

We continuously monitor major freight boards (DAT One, Truckstop) and broker networks to source freight aligned with your equipment (53′ Dry Van), your target revenue per mile, and your required home time. We filter out deadhead traps and unrealistic turnaround schedules.

02 · Broker Negotiation

Commercial Representation

We communicate directly with freight brokers on your behalf, advocating for the highest fair linehaul rate, fuel surcharges, and reasonable pickup/delivery windows that comply with your Hours of Service (HOS).

03 · Rate Con Scrutiny

Fine-Print & Detention Audit

Before presenting a rate confirmation, we audit the critical operational clauses: detention compensation ($50–$75/hr after 2 hours free time), layover terms, TONU policies, lumper reimbursement, and tracking penalty clauses. We protect you from arbitrary deductions.

04 · Paperwork & Onboarding

Broker Packets & Setup Forms

When booking with a new broker, we handle the carrier packet, submit your Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9, verify credit ratings, and maintain your documentation library so you don’t have to type paperwork from your phone.

05 · In-Transit Coordination

Check Calls & Appointment Updates

We assist with morning and afternoon check-in calls, coordinate appointment changes with shippers or receivers, and keep brokers informed so you can keep both hands on the wheel and your focus on the road.

06 · Post-Trip Assistance

POD & Factoring Support

Upon successful delivery, you send us a clear photo of your signed Bill of Lading (BOL/POD). We review legibility, assemble the invoice packet, and assist in uploading it directly to your designated factoring company or the broker for prompt payment.

Clear Operational Boundaries

What We Never Do

Many truckers have experienced dishonest dispatchers who take unauthorized cuts or force unwanted loads. We operate on absolute transparency.

✕ Zero Forced Dispatch

We never force a load on any carrier. You have 100% authority to decline any load, lane, or broker without penalty. If a load doesn't make sense for your truck, we keep searching.

✕ Zero Touching of Freight Funds

Brokers and factoring companies pay your business directly. We never collect shipper money or take a spread. Our fee is invoiced separately and transparently.

✕ Zero Double Brokering

Every load is booked strictly under your legal motor carrier name and MC number. We never re-assign loads, sell freight, or co-broker. We fight aggressively against industry fraud.

✕ Zero False Promises

We do not guarantee ungrounded rates per mile or unrealistic gross revenues. Freight spot rates fluctuate with national economic conditions; we provide realistic market data.

✕ Zero Invasive Surveillance

We do not track your phone, install spyware, or demand intrusive real-time surveillance. We coordinate via standard phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and professional email.

✕ No Unapproved Equipment

We do not dispatch Flatbeds, Step Decks, or Hotshots. Note: Temperature-controlled Reefer services remain outside our confirmed offer until operating procedures are approved.

EQUIPMENT SPECIALIZATION

53′ Dry Van Equipment Focus

By focusing strictly on 53′ enclosed Dry Van freight, we ensure deep expertise in dock appointment schedules, palletized general freight handling, and high-volume freight corridors across the Midwest, South, and East Coast.

* Note: Temperature-controlled Reefer services remain outside our confirmed offer until operating procedures are approved.

FACILITY & DETENTION SUPPORT

Dock Coordination & Detention Protection

When distribution facilities hold you past the standard 2-hour window, every minute burns fuel and available driving hours. We log your check-in timestamp with the broker in real time, secure revised rate confirmations, and fight for detention compensation ($50–$75/hr).
